Green is definitely one of my favourite colours to have in a wedding day. It is such a fresh colour and really gives you the opportunity to bring nature into your wedding day. Because it is such a natural colour, it is also very easy to combine this colour with almost any other colour. At this wedding we chose a soft ivory to contrast the green.

You can easily incorporate green into your wedding by using flowers and foliage.
Your green colour palette will also naturally fit into almost any venue.

I created this wedding cake to show you that a simple cake with minimal colours can give you a cake that is elegant and sophisticated. This cake was created with a white fondant ripping technique, filling in the colour with some gold leaf and some splashes of green colour to match the theme of the wedding. I further decorated this cake by creating some sugar flowers and leaves and placing them off to the sides of the middle and top tiers. Each petal and leaf was created by hand and put together perfectly to give you the ultimate and unique wedding cake of your dreams.  @liesiesbakery
